- Wastewater Management
Our treatment plant at our Colorado manufacturing facility restores wastewater to discharge quality; over half of the treated water is used on a nearby farm.
- Waste Management
We are implementing programs to manage waste leaving our manufacturing facilities with the goal of landfill reduction.
- Packaging Improvements
We removed our noosa single-serve plastic lids, saving 70 tons of plastic waste per year.
- Community Involvement
We partner with local communities and charities focused on food insecurity to donate food and money; each employee is provided 8 hours of paid volunteer time.
- Employee Safety
We diligently track incidents and conduct monthly safety trainings.

Our diversity & inclusion committee drives an active annual plan with executive support and funding.
